Privacy

Upload120 uses Discord account details to sign you in, apply quotas, provide Pro access, prevent abuse, and support your account. When you choose a video, the file is sent to Upload120 for Studio Method processing. Operational records may include file metadata, job state, account identifiers, IP or device hashes, and error details.

Do not upload material you do not have permission to process. Upload120 does not sell personal information.

Terms

Use Upload120 only for lawful video files you are allowed to process. Do not attempt to bypass quotas, disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, access another account, or reverse engineer private service controls. Access may be limited or removed when these rules are broken.

Video platforms can change their processing at any time. Upload120 cannot promise a particular TikTok result, reach, playback quality, or availability.

Refund policy

Pro passes are one-time digital access products. If a key is invalid, was not delivered, or the service could not provide the purchased access, contact support with the purchase email and order details. Approved refunds disable the related license. Time already redeemed or substantially used may not be refundable except where local law requires otherwise.

File deletion policy

Completed and failed jobs can be deleted from your account history. Deleting a terminal job removes its stored input and output files and revokes its download. Active jobs must finish or be cancelled before deletion. Limited diagnostic copies may be retained for support and abuse investigation, then removed by the service retention process; contact support to request review of a specific job.
